TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that there may be a slight variation between the colours of the artwork viewed on the website and the actual print or item. This is because computer screens vary and colour levels may differ from the actual artwork.
All prints are signed and numbered according to the edition size.
Giclee prints are printed on demand on the paper and inks stated beside the image.
All prints are sold unframed.
Each print is individually quality checked before despatch. They are wrapped securely for postage in acid-free tissue paper and handled by cotton gloves at all times. They are sent rolled in a strong cardboard tube to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
ARTWORKS & EMBROIDERIES:
Artworks and embroideries are packaged flat. The item will be well wrapped to insure it arrives to you in perfect condition. Wherever possible I will use recycled packaging.
Payment by credit/debit card or PayPal balance (you do not need a PayPal account). Click the PayPal button in your Cart which takes you to Checkout where you will be given the option to use your credit/debit card or PayPal balance.
PayPal accepts the following cards: Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, Maestro and American Express.
I sincerely hope that you will be more than delighted with your order but please let me know if you are not satisfied in anyway and I will try my best to resolve the issue. I advise that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office if you are sending the item back to me. This is free to do at the post office.
RETURNS FOR PRINTS
I do not carry a stock of Giclee prints. As Giclee artworks are printed on demand and therefore custom-made they are, in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations, non-returnable. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
However, in the unlikely event of your print being lost or arriving damaged, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.
RETURNS FOR ARTWORKS & EMBROIDERIES
If you are not happy with your item, please inform me by email within 14 days. You are then entitled to a full refund if it is returned within (another)14 days. Please return the item to me in the condition it arrived in and in its original packaging. As soon as I receive the package, I will then refund the full cost of your purchase (excluding the return postage). In the unlikely event of the item being lost or arriving damaged, please contact me and I will arrange to replace it.
In the event of non-delivery please wait 7 working days (14 days for overseas order) from the date of “your order has been dispatched” email in case it has been delayed. After this period of time please inform me by email immediately. In the event that your item is lost during delivery, then a full refund, including postage (if applicable) will be issued.
In the event of any prints or items are damaged in transit please retain the goods and contact me within 3 working days. Please do not dispose of any packing, items or prints until you have received further correspondence. If the package is visibly damaged on signing for the goods please ensure that you record this with the postman/delivery person as ‘damaged package/goods not yet inspected’. Once notified and on receipt of photographic evidence, I will arrange for the damaged print to be replaced at no extra cost. In the case of a damaged artwork or embroidery please return it to me and I will refund you (including the return postage).
SHIPPING AND TAXES
If for any reason you are concerned with shipping or would like to discuss other options, please contact me to organise something directly with you, in terms of pick up, drop off etc.
Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary - Please see at Checkout.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with insurance, a tracking number and in most cases require a signature on delivery.
Please be aware customers outside UK may be charged import fees by their local customs offices. Customers are responsible for paying these charges.
Please contact me if you live locally to Sherborne, Dorset and would prefer to collect in person.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
I make every effort to keep all the information supplied to me by customers as strictly confidential and whilst it may be stored on a computer system for customer purposes it will not be supplied to any outside agency.
The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for customers to purchase from my Wix site.
Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
